JEDIAH AI Terms of Service

Jediah AI provides artificial intelligence-powered tools that may allow users to:

• Generate and edit AI images and videos in Main Studio
• Create content from text prompts and permitted reference media
• Use Character Lock, Scene Lock, combined or group references, and other consistency tools
• Create, arrange, and export clips through Film Studio timelines
• Create Music Video projects using uploaded audio, performance references, generated scenes, rendering, and synchronization tools when available
• Save private creations and projects to a Gallery
• Publish eligible general-audience creations to Community or create controlled share links
• Purchase and use AI Credits and Extended Video entitlements
• Use additional AI tools and features introduced in the future

Features may be added, modified, limited, replaced, or discontinued as Jediah AI continues to develop.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to create an account or use Jediah AI.

Jediah AI is not offered to children or to anyone under 18, even with parental or guardian permission.

You must provide truthful age confirmation and account information. We may restrict or terminate access when eligibility cannot be verified or information is materially inaccurate.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Jediah AI complies with all laws applicable to you and the content you create, upload, publish, or distribute.

Certain Jediah AI features may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide unauthorized access to your account in a manner that violates these Terms.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should immediately contact Jediah AI support.

Jediah AI operates using a credit-based system.

AI Credits are the standard credits used to access eligible AI-generation features.

AI Credits may be required for:

• AI image generation
• AI video generation
• AI editing
• AI transformations
• Advanced AI features
• Other eligible AI services

AI Credits may be used for image, video, composition, synchronization, rendering, or other eligible processing. Daily limits and included allowances depend on the current plan, product, feature, and account status shown in the Service.

The number of AI Credits required may vary depending on the AI model, processing requirements, resolution, quality, feature, or other technical factors.

The required number of credits should be displayed before or as part of the applicable generation process whenever reasonably possible.

Extended Video Packs are separate from AI Credits and provide a limited number of eligible longer-duration video generations at the selected duration.

Each current Extended Video Pack includes up to 3 extended video generations at the purchased duration unless the purchase screen states otherwise. For example, a 30-second pack permits up to 3 eligible 30-second generations.

Purchasing AI Credits does not include an Extended Video Pack unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

A user may need both sufficient AI Credits and an available Extended Video entitlement to complete a longer generation.

Purchased AI Credits and Extended Video entitlements remain in the account until used and do not expire solely with time, subject to these Terms and any different condition clearly disclosed before purchase.

Jediah AI may provide different AI video-generation durations.

The standard video duration may begin at:

• 8 seconds

Additional video duration options may include:

• 15 seconds
• 20 seconds
• 30 seconds
• 60 seconds

Longer durations may require the purchase and use of Extended Video Packs in addition to applicable AI Credits.

Available durations, credit requirements, supported AI models, and technical capabilities may change as the Service evolves.

Purchasing Extended Video Packs does not guarantee that every AI model available through Jediah AI will support every duration.

Jediah AI may limit users to a maximum number of AI video generations within a specified period.

The applicable daily allowance is the limit displayed for your current plan and feature at the time of use.

Daily limits may be necessary to maintain system availability, manage AI processing resources, prevent abuse, and provide reliable service to all users.

The daily limit includes both standard and extended video generations.

Reaching a daily generation limit does not cause unused purchased credits to disappear solely because the daily limit was reached.

Jediah AI may offer plans with different generation limits in the future.

Purchased credits are associated with the applicable Jediah AI account.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, credits:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts
• Cannot be resold
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• May only be used for eligible Jediah AI services

Jediah AI may offer promotional, complimentary, subscription-based, or bonus credits with different expiration rules or restrictions. Any special conditions will be identified with the applicable offer.

Prices for subscriptions, AI Credits, Extended Video Packs, add-ons, premium features, and other services will be displayed before purchase.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the displayed amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

Web purchases may be processed by an external payment processor. Eligible purchases made through an Apple application are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are governed by Apple's applicable payment and refund rules.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue for the disclosed billing period until canceled. Apple subscriptions must be managed or canceled through the user's Apple Account; deleting a Jediah AI account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Subscription benefits, duration, renewal terms, price, and included credits or usage are disclosed before purchase. Consumable credits and non-consumable entitlements are separate from subscriptions unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

Prices and credit requirements may change for future purchases. A pricing change will not retroactively increase the price of a completed purchase, but subscription renewal pricing may change after any notice required by the applicable store or law.

Because AI generation requires computing resources and third-party processing that may begin immediately after a generation request is submitted, purchases of consumed credits and successfully delivered AI generations are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Credits that have already been consumed through an AI generation request generally cannot be returned merely because the user does not like the artistic result.

AI-generated results can vary and may not precisely match a user's prompt or expectations.

If a generation fails because of a verified Jediah AI technical error and no usable generation is delivered, Jediah AI may restore the applicable credits or provide another appropriate remedy.

Separate refund terms presented during a particular purchase will also apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

This Section 11 applies specifically to the Jediah AI Music Video feature and any other feature that allows you to upload music, audio recordings, images, photographs, likenesses, or character references.

Ownership of Uploaded Material: You retain ownership of any music, audio, sound recordings, compositions, lyrics, images, photographs, likenesses, and other material you upload to Jediah AI. Jediah AI and Rush Link Computers LLC do NOT claim ownership of your uploaded music, audio, images, or other material merely because you upload or process it through the Service.

Limited Service License: By uploading material to Jediah AI for the purpose of creating a Music Video or similar feature, you grant Jediah AI and Rush Link Computers LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to upload, host, store, copy temporarily, transcode, process, synchronize, combine with generated visuals, render, and deliver the Music Video or other output you request. This limited license exists solely to operate and provide the requested Jediah AI service, subject to these Terms, and terminates when the service is complete and the output is delivered, except to the extent necessary to retain or deliver the output you have requested or as required by applicable law.

No Unrelated Commercial Exploitation: Jediah AI will not claim your uploaded music or audio as its own. Jediah AI will not independently sell or commercially exploit your uploaded song or audio recording. Jediah AI will not use your uploaded music or audio in unrelated advertising or marketing without your authorization.

Customer Rights Warranty: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to upload and use all material you submit to Jediah AI, including but not limited to: music, sound recordings, compositions, lyrics, samples, beats, instrumentals, images, artist likenesses, character likenesses, logos, trademarks, and voice or performance recordings. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use the submitted material for the intended purpose within Jediah AI.

Third-Party Copyrighted Music: You must NOT upload copyrighted third-party music unless you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the intended use. Merely possessing an audio file (for example, a purchased download or stream rip) does NOT grant you the right to use that music in a Jediah AI Music Video. You are solely responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from your uploads.

Likeness and Character Rights: You must have authorization to use any uploaded artist photos, character photos, likenesses, identities, and performances, especially when the subject is another real person. Uploading another person's likeness without authorization may violate applicable law and is prohibited.

Platform Limited License vs. Ownership: The distinction is clear: ownership of your uploaded material remains with you or the applicable rights holder. Jediah AI receives only the limited service license described above, which is necessary to technically process and deliver the Music Video you request. This limited license does not transfer ownership of your music, audio, images, or other material to Jediah AI.

Takedown and Rights Complaints: If you believe that material uploaded to Jediah AI infringes your copyright, likeness, or other rights, you may report it through the Jediah AI Support process. Jediah AI will review and take appropriate action on rights-infringement complaints, which may include removing the reported material and, in cases of repeated or serious violations, restricting or terminating the responsible account.

AI Training: Unless separately disclosed and permitted under applicable law, Jediah AI does not use your private uploaded music, audio, or images to train Jediah AI-owned AI models. Third-party AI providers may have their own data-processing practices, which are disclosed where required.

This Section 11 is subject to review and may be updated. If material changes are made to this section, the Last Updated date at the top of these Terms will be revised.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, visually inconsistent, unavailable, or different from the prompt or reference material. Jediah AI does not guarantee identity fidelity, lip synchronization, continuity, resolution, duration, availability, uniqueness, legal protectability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

The Service may use third-party AI, synchronization, cloud, storage, authentication, security, analytics, and payment providers. Provider availability, safety review, technical limits, and terms may affect whether a request is accepted or completed.

You must review every output before publishing, distributing, relying on, or commercially using it. Outputs are not professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated advice.

Verified adult users may create certain lawful mature content privately through channels and features where that content is permitted, including limited profanity, adult romance or suggestive themes, fictional crime, and non-graphic fictional violence. Availability varies by website, application, distribution platform, region, selected feature, and provider; an 18+ account does not make every category available through every platform.

Mature private content is not eligible for Community publication. A creation that is permitted privately may still be blocked from public sharing or rejected by an underlying provider.

The following remain prohibited: sexual content involving minors or age-ambiguous persons; pornography or visible explicit sexual activity or genitals; nudification; nonconsensual intimate imagery; sexualized real-person deepfakes; sexual exploitation, trafficking, incest, bestiality, or sexual violence; extreme gore, torture, or exposed organs; credible threats; and instructions facilitating real-world violence, crime, or other serious harm.

Age confirmation does not override applicable law, provider rules, Apple App Store or Google Play requirements, content ratings, or these Terms. Platform-distributed versions may apply stricter content limits than the Jediah AI website.

Only content classified as eligible for general-audience Community sharing may be published through Community features. Private or unlisted content is not automatically public.

You must not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, privacy-invasive, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content.

Jediah AI may filter, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content and may suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to valid legal requests, or comply with platform requirements.

Users may report content or abusive conduct through available support or reporting tools. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal or account termination.

You may not use Jediah AI to violate law or third-party rights; impersonate or deceive others; create fraud, malware, spam, or phishing; bypass safety, access, payment, rate-limit, or moderation controls; reverse engineer protected portions of the Service; interfere with system availability; or obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

You may not falsely represent AI-generated or materially altered content as authentic evidence, use another person's voice or likeness without required permission, or create content intended to facilitate harassment, exploitation, discrimination, or real-world harm.

As between you and Jediah AI, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights, you retain your rights in uploaded content and may use generated outputs created for your account. Jediah AI does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, unique, non-infringing, or free from similar outputs generated for others.

You are responsible for clearing all rights needed for commercial use, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, music, voice, performance, and contractual rights.

Jediah AI retains all rights in the Service, software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and technology excluding user-owned inputs and any rights users may have in outputs.

The Service may store prompts, uploaded media, combined references, project files, generated outputs, metadata, moderation records, transaction records, and security logs as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting an item from the visible Gallery or closing a project may not immediately delete every stored object, temporary copy, backup, fraud-prevention record, or provider-side copy.

Some privately uploaded files require a support-assisted deletion request using the exact file URI when available. Support may be able to locate a file when the URI is unavailable, but identity and ownership verification may be required and no fixed completion or backup-erasure time is guaranteed unless required by law or a binding agreement.

Download content you wish to keep before deleting it or your account.

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion. Jediah AI may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations, fraud, chargebacks, security risk, legal requirements, prolonged service discontinuation, or conduct that creates material risk to Jediah AI, users, providers, or third parties.

Termination may end access to stored projects, outputs, unused promotional benefits, and features. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions—will survive.

Rights holders may submit copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or likeness complaints to support@jediahai.com with identification of the work or person, the challenged content or location, contact information, a good-faith explanation, and any legally required statements.

Jediah AI may remove or restrict material while reviewing a complaint and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” JEDIAH AI AND RUSH LINK COMPUTERS LLC DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JEDIAH AI AND RUSH LINK COMPUTERS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITY, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JEDIAH AI FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jediah AI and Rush Link Computers LLC from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your uploads, prompts, outputs, publications, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful conduct, or material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer law in your location applies.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Jediah AI agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting support@jediahai.com. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims process.

Any mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, venue selection, or other dispute procedure must be presented in a separately reviewed and enforceable agreement; none is created by this paragraph.

When Jediah AI is downloaded or accessed through Google Play, use of that distributed application is also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies. Google is not responsible for operating Jediah AI or providing Jediah AI support.

The Google Play-distributed version may restrict, filter, hide, disable, or omit content and features—including profanity, sexual or suggestive material, mature user-generated content, gratuitous violence, or regionally restricted content—to comply with Google Play rules and the app’s content rating. Content permitted privately on the website is not necessarily available through the Google Play application.

Users must not use AI-generation or Community features to create, promote, or distribute Google Play Restricted Content, including child exploitation, pornography, nonconsensual sexual content, deceptive content, hate-inciting content, harassment, graphic or gratuitous violence, violent extremism, dangerous activities, or illegal goods and services.

AI-generated and Community content may be filtered or removed. Users should use available in-app reporting controls to report offensive AI outputs, Community content, or abusive users. Reports may be used to improve moderation and enforcement.

Digital products or subscriptions purchased in the Google Play application use Google Play Billing where required. Google Play subscriptions renew until canceled through the user’s Google Play account. Deleting a Jediah AI account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Google Play purchase cancellation and refund rights are also governed by Google’s applicable terms and mandatory law.

Jediah AI may update these Terms to reflect changes in features, providers, law, safety requirements, distribution-platform policies, or business practices. Material changes will receive notice when required, and the Last Updated date will be revised.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, purchase disclosures, applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms, and any feature-specific terms form the agreement governing the Service. If feature-specific purchase terms conflict with these Terms, the feature-specific terms control for that purchase to the extent of the conflict.
