JEDIAH AI Privacy Policy

The information we collect depends on how you use Jediah AI.

When you use Jediah AI, we may process information you provide to create AI-generated content, including:

• Text prompts
• Negative prompts
• Generation instructions
• AI model selections
• Image settings
• Video settings
• Video duration selections
• Reference images
• Uploaded photographs
• Uploaded videos
• Other files or materials you provide to the Service

This information is processed to provide the AI features you request.

Jediah AI may allow you to upload images, videos, and other media for AI processing. Uploaded media may be processed for purposes such as:

• Image-to-image generation
• Image-to-video generation
• AI editing
• Style transformation
• Video creation
• Reference-based generation
• Content moderation
• Safety screening

You should only upload content that you have the legal right and permission to use. Do not upload another person's private or sensitive content without appropriate authorization.

Jediah AI may process and store information relating to content you generate, including:

• Generated images
• Generated videos
• Prompts associated with generations
• Generation settings
• Creation dates
• AI models used
• Generation history
• Credit usage
• Saved projects
• Gallery items

Generated content may remain associated with your account so that features such as your Gallery and creation history can function.

Content stored in your private account or Gallery is not automatically considered public simply because it was generated using Jediah AI. However, if you intentionally publish, post, or share content through the Community or another public-sharing feature, information associated with that content may become visible to other users. Public information may include:

• Your display name or username
• Generated image or video
• Post title or description
• Public prompt information, if the feature allows it
• Likes, reactions, comments, or other engagement
• Date posted

Users should review what information will become public before publishing content to the Community. Content classified for verified-adult private use, including permitted mature content, remains private and is not eligible for Community publication. Controlled share links may allow anyone with the link to access the shared item until the link is disabled or expires, where supported.

Jediah AI uses credit systems to manage access to AI services. We may maintain records regarding:

• AI Credits purchased
• AI Credits used
• Extended Video entitlements purchased
• Extended Video entitlements used
• Remaining balances
• Free or promotional credits
• Daily generation limits
• Number of generations performed
• Credit package purchased
• Purchase date
• Transaction status
• Refund or adjustment history

These records are used to maintain accurate account balances, process transactions, enforce usage limits, and prevent fraud or abuse.

When you purchase AI Credits, Extended Video entitlements, subscriptions, or other paid services, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Depending on the payment method, the payment processor may collect:

• Name
• Billing address
• Payment card information
• Transaction information
• Payment authorization information

Jediah AI does not receive or store your complete payment card number when payment credentials are entered directly with an authorized payment processor. Web payments, eligible Apple In-App Purchases, and eligible Google Play Billing purchases are processed separately. We may receive transaction status, amount, product, transaction or original-transaction identifiers, renewal or expiration status, refund information, and limited billing-related account identifiers. Deleting a Jediah AI account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the applicable store account.

When you access Jediah AI, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device type
• Operating system
• Language
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• Login timestamps
• Pages visited
• Features used
• Generation activity
• Error reports
• Performance information
• Session information
• Referring pages
• Security events

This information helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Jediah AI.

Jediah AI may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies. These technologies may be used to:

• Keep users signed in
• Remember account preferences
• Maintain sessions
• Protect account security
• Prevent fraud
• Track generation limits
• Maintain credit information
• Understand how features are used
• Diagnose technical problems
• Improve platform performance

Where required by law, users will be provided appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies.

Jediah AI may use third-party artificial intelligence models, APIs, cloud-computing systems, or infrastructure providers to perform certain AI-generation functions. When necessary to complete a generation request, information such as your:

• Prompt
• Uploaded image
• Uploaded video
• Generation settings
• Selected AI model
• Other required generation information

may be transmitted to third-party AI generation, audio synchronization, rendering, cloud hosting, or storage providers solely as reasonably necessary to perform the requested feature, secure the Service, detect abuse, or meet legal obligations. Providers may apply their own safety review, security logging, and retention practices. Jediah AI evaluates service providers and requires appropriate data protections where required by contract or law, but provider processing remains subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

Jediah AI does not use private prompts, private uploads, or private generated content to train Jediah AI-owned AI models unless we first provide a separate clear disclosure and obtain any permission required by law. Third-party AI providers may process submitted data under their own terms, including safety, abuse-prevention, logging, and retention practices. We disclose material third-party processing as required and do not represent that we control a provider’s independent legal obligations.

Jediah AI may use automated systems and, where appropriate, human review to identify:

• Prohibited content
• Fraud
• Spam
• Platform abuse
• Attempts to bypass safety systems
• Illegal content
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Child sexual exploitation material
• Credible threats
• Other serious violations of our policies

Automated moderation may classify content as general, verified-adult private, prohibited, or requiring additional review. Lawful profanity, adult romance or suggestive themes, fictional crime, and non-graphic fictional violence may be permitted for verified-adult private generation, but are not eligible for Community publication. Explicit sexual content, sexual content involving minors or age-ambiguous persons, nudification, nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexualized real-person deepfakes, exploitation, extreme gore, credible threats, and real-world harm instructions remain prohibited. Providers may independently reject requests under their own safety rules.

Users may upload photographs containing faces or identifiable individuals when permitted by Jediah AI features and applicable law. Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to use another person's image or likeness where authorization is required. Jediah AI prohibits the use of the Service to create unlawful non-consensual intimate imagery or other prohibited exploitation of another person's likeness.

Jediah AI does not sell personal information for money. We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including:

• AI model providers
• Cloud hosting providers
• Data storage providers
• Authentication providers
• Payment processors
• Security providers
• Analytics providers
• Email and communication providers
• Customer-support providers

These providers may receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services. Information may also be disclosed when required to comply with applicable law, court orders, valid legal processes, protect users, investigate fraud, protect Jediah AI's legal rights, or respond to serious safety threats.

Information you intentionally make public through Jediah AI Community features may be accessible to other users. You should not publish information through the Community that you wish to remain private. If another user posts content involving you that violates Jediah AI policies or your legal rights, you may report the content and request review.

Jediah AI retains information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing saved Galleries, projects, reference libraries, Film and Music Video workflows, processing active jobs, maintaining transaction and credit ledgers, complying with law, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and protecting security. Retention differs by data category and project state. Temporary processing files may be removed after a workflow or retained while cleanup is pending; user-saved content may remain until deleted or the account is closed; billing, transaction, moderation, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained longer when necessary. Information no longer needed may be deleted, anonymized, or de-identified.

Jediah AI provides controls to delete eligible visible Gallery items and may provide deletion or closure controls for projects and references. Removing an item from the interface does not necessarily erase every underlying stored object. For certain files created through private-upload storage, permanent object deletion currently requires a support request. Provide the exact file_uri when available; support may be able to locate the object without it after verifying the requester and ownership. Jediah AI does not promise a fixed support-completion or backup-erasure time unless required by law or a binding agreement. Temporary, provider-side, backup, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, moderation, or legal copies may remain for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Users may request deletion of their Jediah AI account. When an account is deleted, Jediah AI will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account where reasonably possible and legally required. Certain information may be retained when necessary for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Payment records
• Tax or accounting requirements
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of agreements

Account deletion may permanently remove access to stored creations, projects, references, and unused credits. Users should download content they wish to retain first. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription, Google Play subscription, or any separate third-party billing agreement; those must be canceled with the applicable provider.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights to:

• Request access to personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Request a copy of certain personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
• Opt out of certain forms of data sharing
• Appeal certain privacy decisions

Not every right applies in every jurisdiction. Jediah AI may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests.

Subject to legal applicability and exceptions, California residents may request information about categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, categories of recipients, access, correction, deletion, and portability, and may opt out of legally defined sale or sharing. Jediah AI does not sell personal information for money and does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable rights. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, and we may verify the consumer’s identity and authority before acting.

Jediah AI is an adults-only Service and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or use AI-generation, Community, purchase, or project features. If we learn that an under-18 person provided personal information or created an account, we may suspend the account and take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify the information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements. A parent or legal guardian who believes a minor used the Service should contact support@jediahai.com.

Jediah AI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. Security measures may include:

• Encrypted network connections
• Authentication controls
• Access restrictions
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Monitoring
• Security logging
• Abuse detection

However, no internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for protecting their passwords and account credentials.

If Jediah AI becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and take reasonable steps to contain and address the incident. Affected users and appropriate authorities will be notified when required by applicable law.

Some technology providers used by Jediah AI may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers of personal information.

Jediah AI does not sell personal information for money. Jediah AI does not use private prompts or private media for cross-context behavioral advertising. If practices change in a way legally defined as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, eligible users will receive required notice and opt-out controls before or when required by law.

Jediah AI may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, AI technologies, features, or legal requirements change. When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this Policy will be revised. If changes materially affect how personal information is handled, additional notice may be provided where required by law.

Your use of Jediah AI is also governed by the Jediah AI Terms of Service. Users should review both the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy before using Jediah AI.

For a Google Play-distributed version, the Google Play Data Safety section summarizes collection, sharing, security, and deletion practices. It must be read together with this Privacy Policy. Data transmitted off the device may include account identifiers, prompts, uploaded media, generated content, transaction and entitlement information, app activity, diagnostics, device or technical information, and security events, including processing performed through service providers and third-party SDKs. Jediah AI provides an in-app account-deletion path through Settings. Users may also request account and associated-data deletion from the web by visiting https://jediahai.com/Privacy and contacting support@jediahai.com. Identity and account ownership may be verified, and limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, transactions, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted by Google Play policy and applicable law. The Data Safety declaration should be updated whenever app behavior, SDKs, providers, or collection practices materially change.

Where a legal basis is required, Jediah AI processes information as necessary to perform the contract requested by the user, comply with law, protect legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and obtain consent where required. Automated systems help moderate prompts and content, detect abuse, calculate credits and entitlements, and determine technical eligibility for generation or Community publication. Users may contact support to request review of a decision where applicable law provides that right.
